SCOPE OF PROJECT
The ReelAbilities Columbus Disabilities Film Festival seeks a part-time contractor to develop education materials which enhance the festival-going experience for students and lifelong learners. The Consultant will develop Teacher Resource Guides and Program Notes for distribution to audiences, based on direction from VSAO staff and the ReelAbilities Planning Committee. 

About the Workshop
Summer fun starts with an interactive and exciting workshop series focusing on Universal Design for Learning, authentic student assessment strategies, adaptive materials and inclusion strategies for instruction in the classroom, and movement!  The day includes an energetic welcome and keynote to get you pumped up, followed by three concurrent workshops. You won’t want to miss out on this opportunity, come join in the fun! The workshop will include a break for lunch.

This engaging and interactive professional development session will focus on adaptive materials and inclusion strategies for instruction in the art class. We will experiment with adaptive materials and discuss classroom management as it pertains to students with disabilities.  This professional development session is appropriate for classroom teachers, art teachers, and teaching artists.
