2003 marked the fortieth anniversary of passing of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and the disabilty community is beginning to plan for the  25th anniversary of the ADA in 2015.  Benchmark anniversaries are a time for reflection and for looking ahead, This often paraphrased quote from Earl C. Kelly inspired this year’s theme.

Local nonprofit, Mentoring Individuals with Disabilities, has announced a logo contest for their upcoming fundraiser event, Bringin' Home the Bacon. See below for contest details.

American Association of People with Disabilities Developing Resume Database for Job Seekers/Hiring Employers
